You can choose to receive a free, no-obligation quote; book a free 30-minute Meet the Designer Call; or book a Premium Design Package to begin the design process virtually or in-person (Omaha, NE). If you are requesting a quote or booking a Premium Design Package, include up to 6 inspiration photos to help illustrate what you are hoping to see in your custom wedding look. The more information you provide, the more accurate the quote and process will be!

Confirm your details. The designer will review your inspiration photos, timeline, and other details and reach out with some questions to clarify details, learn more about your wedding, and gather information needed to proceed with your design.

Get a custom sketch. If you booked a virtual or in-person Premium Design Package, the designer will work their design magic to illustrate your vision in a custom sketch. You can review the sketch and request up to 3 revisions so that we can arrive at a design that represents your wedding vision.

Choose your materials. If you booked a virtual or in-person Premium Design Package, the designer will curate links and photos of materials that will help us accomplish your design. In most cases, we can also mail you swatches to see + feel in person.

Confirm your design and secure it with a deposit. Once your materials and final details have all been selected, you will receive a final quote for the design. To lock in your pricing and design, we'll send you a contract that outlines the design, delivery timeline, and information about alterations, shipping, and other policies. Upon receiving your e-signature, you will receive an email invoice for your deposit (generally 25% unless other arrangements are discussed). Your contract and invoice lock in your pricing and design and you are officially on your way to becoming an HCC Bride!

Send in your measurements. After your design has been finalized with a contract and deposit, we will schedule a complimentary video call or in-person appointment to take the necessary measurements together. The timing of this call/appointment is flexible if you are planning to change size between ordering your gown and when your wedding occurs.

Materials are ordered and production begins. Once your contract, deposit, and measurements are received and materials are in hand, production begins on your gown. You get sneak peek photos + consistent communication throughout the process to ensure the design meets your vision and exceeds your expectations.

Receive your garment. We ship you your garment and any accessories you may have ordered (or schedule your final fitting/pickup appointment). Shipping is complimentary and includes a Hannah Caroline Couture custom garment bag for safe storage and transportation of the garment. Oh, and you'll get a hand-written thank you note and a sentimental gift! (We really love spoiling our brides!) 

Make any minor alterations needed. Because your garment is custom-made to your unique measurements, alterations are rarely needed. However, some minor (and usually very inexpensive) alterations may be necessary and can be performed by a local bridal tailor or seamstress. Our Custom Garment Design Contract outlines our Alterations Policy in greater detail. Brides that are local to Hannah Caroline Couture in the Omaha, NE area or whom are willing to travel to us for a fitting will have their alterations performed by the designer during the delivery process at no extra charge.

Celebrate your wedding day in style. Soak in as much of your wedding day as you can, and feel confident knowing you didn't settle for a wedding look that wasn't 100% completely "you."

Tag us in your wedding photos. Totally not required, but we love to share photos of our HCC Brides, gush over your wedding details, bask in the glory of your wedding day, and inspire other brides to follow their heart and explore a custom wedding look!
