Crepe fabric has emerged as a popular bridal fabric over the past few years, and we can absolutely understand why!
It’s lightweight, soft, flowy, and has a high-end matte finish to it that allows the fabric to shine on its own, or serves as the perfect canvas for lace detailing or beading.

Lauren’s Ombre Crepe Mermaid Gown
Nebraska bride Lauren wanted to get married in a work of art, so we designed an ivory crepe mermaid gown with a skirt and 3-foot train made from layers of cascading tulle ruffles that faded from ivory into shades of light pink, dark blush, mauve, and lilac.
This gown required over 70 pattern pieces to achieve this detailed look, but we agree it was 100% worth it!
Ellie’s 2-in-1 Crepe Wedding Jumpsuit
Ellie wanted to get married in a classic, timeless wedding gown, with a twist!
We designed an ivory stretch crepe jumpsuit with tailored pant legs, pockets (!!!), and a combination of two lace applique styles on the bodice.
For her ceremony, we added a removable ivory silk chiffon skirt. We topped off the whole look with a gorgeous floral embroidered veil!
Marisa’s Black Crepe Wedding Gown
Nebraska bride Marisa wanted to get married in a figure-hugging black mermaid gown that highlighted her curves but still allowed her to move and dance. This was the perfect opportunity to use black stretch crepe! Her dress was completed with a slit, a chapel-length train, and black lace straps.
