This ethereal ruched tulle dress features a strapless satin bodice layered with ruched tulle that extends above the sweetheart neckline. The satin circle-cut ballgown skirt is layered with 4 layers of gathered tulle to create a flattering and voluminous ballgown skirt. There is a zipper closure at the center back.
